Chinese Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
* 3/4 cup Ketchup
* 1 tbsp Ground ginger
* 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
* 1 tbsp Liquid smoke
* 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
* 2 Cloves Garlic, minced

Directions
Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and let simmer for about 10-15 min.
Store in refrigerator if not used immediately.
