Chinese Egg Drop Soup Recipe
Ingredients
* 3 cups Chicken broth
* 1 med Green onion with top, chopped
* 1 tsp Salt
* Dash of white pepper
* 2 Eggs, slightly beaten
Directions
1. Heat chicken broth, salt and white pepper to boiling in 2 quart saucepan.
2. In a small bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add chopped green onions and stir.
3. Pour Egg mixture slowly into boiling broth, stirring constantly with a fork to form shreds of Egg.
Serve immediately, very hot.
